Our Love Story

To my Sakeenah, my True Tranquility. Of all the beautiful things Allāh could have written into my story, I am most deeply grateful that He wrote you into it. Long before we even met, my heart was already searching for the peace that you bring. You are the answer to my quietest prayers, and the precious soul Allāh chose for me to come home to, to grow with, to laugh with, and to hold onto through every one of life’s seasons. With you, my heart is completely at rest. Here’s to choosing each other every single day, building a home filled with love and peace, and walking this beautiful journey hand in hand, bi Idhnillāh. To us — in this life and, by Allāh’s mercy, forever in Jannah. — Mubarak

You are the quiet certainty my heart was always searching for, and the gentle anchor that grounds me. You are my greatest blessing, my Mubarak, and with you, I have found my truest Sakeenah; a home where my heart is entirely at rest, bi Idhnillāh. Within the Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa. Please arrive a little before ten so we can begin together, in shā’ Allāh.

Wear the garden with us — olive green, white, or the two together.
Dress code for our guests

Kindly dress modestly, in accordance with Allah’s injunction — in either of the two colours or a combination of both.
Whatever you choose, come dressed for joy — and for du’ā.
